  • How can I place an order?

Provide Delivery Details: Input your accurate delivery information, including the shipping address and contact details. 7. Payment via Razor Pay: Choose the Razor Pay option as your preferred payment method and follow the prompts to complete the transaction securely. 8. Review and Confirm: Review your order summary, including the product details, quantity, and total cost. Ensure that you agree to the terms and conditions before proceeding. 9. Place Order: Once you are satisfied with your order and have reviewed the details, click on the "Place Order" button to finalize the transaction. 10.   • What is your return/exchange policy?
    1. Simply fill out the return form and place it in your package. 2. Call, email or chat to Customer Care for a prepaid FedEx label to return your package. Please note that Clonko will not bear the return cost of any mats or accessories. It has to be borne by you. Also, you can use your own shipping method to return the product. 3. Drop the package off to the appropriate shipping provider in the same condition it was given to you and we will process your return within 7 days of receipt. ​ PLEASE NOTE: If you have a faulty/damaged item please contact us at info@Clonko.com and include a photo of the defect and unboxing video, and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Our return policy does not cover damage caused by sun exposure (natural rubber mats), improper use, or accidents. ​ Temporary Refund Notice: It may take longer than usual to process returns and issue refunds. Please allow 10 – 15 business days to process your return once it has been received. If you exchange the product with the same or greater amount then you have to bear no shipping cost. The new product will be delivered to you on your doorstep and at the same time, the first product will be returned to us. 2. There is no return policy on the exchanged product until and unless you receive the damaged product from our end. You are requested to make an unboxing video while unpacking the mat as we want to eliminate any chance of our customers receiving the damaged products mainly because of the delivery agent's fault. Below products listed below are subject to no refund- no exchange policy due to hygiene issues: Water bottles Yoga grip gel (chalk) Mat Cleaner Mat Refresher Ankle socks Yoga towels Please note all items are subject to inspection. The cost of shipping is non-refundable, and if the return is not in resalable condition, the package may be returned to you if the guidelines above are not followed. Due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email and message that will enable you to track your package. If you experience a problem or are unsatisfied with the quality of a Clonko product, reach out to our Customer Care Team. *Clonko does not cover the cost of return shipping for International Orders. Export Countries Clonko would be happy to offer returns and exchanges from countries outside of the USA, however, please keep in mind that the customer will be fully responsible for checking that all applicable duties and taxes will be charged to them directly if any should arise. If Clonko is requested to pay additional taxes upon arrival of your returned merchandise, we will refuse the parcel and it will be returned to sender. FINAL SALE Items FINAL SALE POLICY: Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange, credit or refund. Price adjustments will not be provided to previous orders.
