Shipping Policy

We will take 0-7 days to dispatch your product.

Free Standard Shipping on India shipping over Rs. 3500/-

Please note orders ship from Delhi, India.

Free Shipping Exclusions 

Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include:

  • International orders

  • Wholesale orders

Please note that due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.

Our warehouse processes online orders between Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will not be processed until the following business day. Please be mindful of government holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. For a complete list of all Indian Holidays observed by FedEx, please feel free to visit their website. Weather conditions may affect transit times as well.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location.

On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees imposed by the buyer's country. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

Missing Orders:

 

If your tracking number shows “delivered”, but you have not received it, please reach out to our Customer Care Team within 5 days (clonko@gravolite.com or Call: +91-9599066011), so that we can open an investigation with FedEx to try to locate your order. Clonko is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
